TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
Tickets may be turned in prior to the performance and applied as a donation to the Shaw Festival to receive a tax receipt for their value or exchanged for another performance – see below.
For tickets of equal or greater value during the 2015 Season. Exchange online or contact the Box Office at least 24 hours before the performance. A service charge of $4.50 (includes tax) per ticket applies. Any difference in price will be charged accordingly. Exchanges subject to pricing at time of exchange. Previous offers and discounts may not be valid.
Members Exchange Benefit: Tickets ordered by Members up to January 31 may be exchanged once for an equivalent section and performance type at no additional cost. Exchange fees are waived, and new tickets will not be subject to changes in pricing. Any upgrades to better seating or different performance types will benefit from Early Booking Prices. This benefit is valid on the first exchange for each ticket, and is subject to availability.
An $8.50 (tax in) service charge per order applies to all orders except for in-person orders which have a service charge of $1 per ticket, to a maximum of $8 per order.
CAPITAL REPLACEMENT FUND
Tickets over $35 include a CRF fee of up to $3 per ticket. The CRF provides funds to improve, update and repair our theatres, equipment and public spaces with projects to enrich the patron experience and enhance the quality of our productions.

Audience dress tends to be casual and business-casual. Opening night performances (marked O on the calendar) are dressier. The air-conditioning in the theatre works well. Please bring a sweater or light jacket for comfort.
In the event of a sold-out performance, a waiting list will be started at 9am at the Festival Theatre Box Office on the day of the performance. The waiting list will be called at the respective theatre approximately 20 minutes prior to the performance. No discounts apply to waiting-list tickets and management reserves the right to close the waiting list.
Tickets must be purchased for any child attending a performance, and children must be seated with a parent. Babes-in-arms are not permitted in the theatres. Ask about age recommendations.
Your name is added to our patron list when you book tickets, request a brochure, enter a contest or complete a survey. This enables you to receive communications from The Shaw. We occasionally exchange information with other arts organizations and Shaw Festival sponsors that we believe offer you a benefit or are of interest.
