Let our Box Office Representative know if we can offer any assistance during your visit and please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the performance. Wheelchair-accessible washrooms are available at the Festival and Studio Theatres and at the Royal George Theatre via the path immediately to the right of the theatre.

The Festival Theatre orchestra seating is at street level. There is a flight of stairs up to the balcony (no elevator). On both levels, there are stairs down to most seats. The Royal George Theatre orchestra level is four steps above street level. There is a flight of stairs up to the balcony and down to the washrooms. The Court House Theatre has an elevator up to the auditorium entrance and there are stairs inside to all seats.

PLEASE NOTE the elevator to the second floor of the Court House, which is owned and operated by the Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake and where The Shaw’s Court House Theatre is located, is out of commission until the end of the season at which point it will undergo repair. We regret the inconvenience.
