Stewart Adam McKensy

Stewart makes his Shaw Festival debut this season appearing in both Ragtime and Trouble in Tahiti.

Originally from Richmond Hill, Ontario, Stewart is thrilled to be part of the Shaw Festival this season. He recently appeared in the Ross Petty Production of The Wizard of Oz at the Elgin Theatre, and as Mitch Mahoney in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee for Magnus Theatre. His other selected acting credits include the world premiere of Andromache for Necessary Angel; Songs for a New World for Angelwalk Theatre; A Chorus Line for Rose Theatre; Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat for the Grand Theatre; To Kill a Mockingbird and My One and Only for the Stratford Shakespeare Festival; premiere and Canadian cast of Hairspray, as well as The Producers for Mirvish Productions; The Wedding Singer and Leader of the Pack for Stage West; Dreamgirls for Theatre Aquarius, Manitoba Theatre Centre and Stage West Calgary.
