Information about the Niagara Region
The Shaw Festival is located in the Heritage District of Niagara-on-the-Lake and 20 minutes down river from the thunder of Niagara Falls. In between, there are a myriad of wineries, restaurants, spas and other attractions to satisfy every kind of traveler. Contact us, or the Niagara-on-the-Lake Chamber of Commerce at 905-468-1950, for more information and story ideas.
Broadcast-quality footage featuring a selection of the Shaw Festival’s current productions will be available prior to their opening performances.

Working on a travel story? In conjunction with Ontario Tourism, the Canadian Tourism Commission, the Niagara-on-the-Lake Chamber of Commerce and other partners, we can help plan your trip.
The Public Relations department distributes media releases and other information primarily by e-mail. Our season handbook is sent by regular post. Contact us to ensure we have both your email and postal addresses so we can stay in touch throughout the season.
Photo shoots of Ensemble members can be arranged for those media outlets that prefer to supply their own images.
Special Event Access
Is The Shaw holding an event you’d like to cover? Contact us for media credentials.
Please refer to our season handbook or click here for a complete schedule of performances. Please note that dates closely following opening nights have the best availability and that preview performances are not available for reviewing. Tickets are for media only and are non-transferable. As the season progresses, the availability of media tickets is often reduced.
Please send a copy of all published articles, particularly if you are working for an alternative or international media outlet, to The Shaw’s Public Relations department to facilitate media tickets for the next season.
