We are pleased to introduce you to Olivia Sinclair-Brisbane, one of the 2020 Season’s RBC Emerging Artists, a program dedicated to the artistic development of young ensemble members.
This is Olivia’s first season at The Shaw. Here’s your chance to get to know her better.
Q What is the proudest moment in your career so far?
A The proudest moment in my career was getting to play the Emcee in Cabaret for the Grand Theatre in my hometown.
Q What Shaw Festival Company member were you most excited to work with?
A I was extremely excited to work with Kimberley Rampersad. She’s so very intelligent, inspiring and kind.
Q What is your dream role?
A It has been my dream to play Anita in West Side Story since I was 12 years old.
Q What has been your biggest lesson at the Shaw Festival so far?
A The biggest lesson I’ve learned at the Shaw Festival so far is: Come as you are, be present in the moment, and own your space!
