PLAYING OUR PART
For decades PwC has supported the Shaw Festival through Corporate Membership, and in 2013 COO/CFO Kristian Knibutat joined our Board of Governors and holds the position of Treasurer.
To promote client engagement as well as increase their support, PricewaterhouseCoopers has become a Performance Host, and for several years has brought large groups to Niagara-on-the-Lake for a day at The Shaw.
On June 12, 160 executives, clients of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, and their families attended PwC Day at The Shaw. Guests were invited to attend one of two workshops with Shaw Company Members, followed by lunch on the South Lawn and a performance of Alice in Wonderland.
“For several years now we have hosted PwC Day at The Shaw and for 2016, with Alice in Wonderland on the playbill, we were particularly excited. On June 12, PwC clients and their families were invited to Niagara-on-the-Lake to participate in one of two Alice themed workshops, followed by a lovely lunch on the South Lawn. After which our guests fell down the rabbit hole and into a performance of Alice in Wonderland. We had an overwhelming response to our invitation and those in attendance were engaged and excited. PwC Day at The Shaw provides our valued clients with a delightful experience, and provides PwC with a truly unique opportunity to network. We look forward to continuing this exciting firm tradition in beautiful Niagara-on-the-Lake!” – Kristian Knibutat, COO/CFO PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP
